Return & Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the unique, limited-edition, custom, and/or handmade nature of many Amy Joyce Designs products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, vintage, upcycled, hand-painted, hand-embellished, or otherwise customized. Variations and imperfections are part of the character and individuality of these pieces and are not considered defects.

Sizing & Fit

Please carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, photos, and other details prior to purchasing. Because many of our apparel pieces are vintage, upcycled, altered, or one-of-a-kind, sizing may vary from traditional retail sizing.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to fit, sizing, color preference, or change of mind. If you have questions about an item before purchasing, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom, commissioned, personalized, altered, and made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, Amy Joyce Designs may begin purchasing materials, sourcing products, reserving production time, or beginning work on the piece. For this reason, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your Amy Joyce Designs purchase. If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping materials.

Amy Joyce Designs will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, merchandise credit, or refund at the discretion of Amy Joyce Designs.

Damage resulting from normal wear, improper care, misuse, or alterations made after delivery is not considered a product defect.

Shipping

Amy Joyce Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
